okay but between this trailer and that last one, it means jon and d@ny entered winterfell’s courtyard together, and then jon fucking left her there and just BOOKED IT bc ITS SANSA HUGGING TIME ITS THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR I HAVE MY PRIORITIES RIGHTand then he turned around like oh shit also this is the lady with the dragons sansa say hi be nice
Also LOL at all the antis that were screaming about how Dany and Sansa were gonna be best buddies and as soon as they saw Sansa not kissing her ass, did a total 180 and started ranting about how Dany should have just left the north to die.
Jon did not escort Dany into WF and introduce her as their queen to Sansa. Instead he rushed ahead and hugged Sansa. Then he stood by her side as Dany walked in with Jorah. And Dany did not look pleased.
Turkeys deserve far better than what we give them, and today should be spent honoring their lives & asking others to consider their worth as more than food.
I was reading last nigth A CLASH OF KINGS again and notice something very interesting. In the chapter 51 (Jon VI) Jon Snow meets Ygritte and its ordered by Qhorin Halfhand to kill her.
Jon does try to kill Ygritte but in the end, he fails and lets her go away. I always thought he could never kill her because she was a girl but then I notice what is the next chapter of the book is ……..
He raised Longclaw over his head, both hands tight around the grip. One cut, with all my weight behind it. He could give her a quick clean death, at least. He was his father’s son. Wasn’t he? Wasn’t he?
“Do it,” she urged him after a moment. “Bastard. Do it. I can’t stay brave forever.” When the blow did not fall she turned her head to look at him.
Jon lowered his sword. “Go,” he muttered.
Ygritte stared.
“Now,” he said, “before my wits return. Go.”
She went.
Chapter Fifty-two
SANSA
The southern sky was black with smoke. It rose swirling off a hundred distant fires, its sooty fingers smudging out the stars. Across the Blackwater Rush, a line of flame burned nightly from horizon to horizon, while on this side the Imp had fired the whole riverfront: docks and warehouses, homes and brothels, everything outside the city walls.
I believe Jon couldnt do it because Ygritte remind him too much of Sansa. Her redhair and her blues eyes must had made him remember his half sister that he left behind when he went to the wall. The sister he was trying to not think about it. Of course the readers got Ygritte similarities with Arya, the author literally pointed out those for us, but her similarities with Sansa were left unspoken, I wonder why…..
Its amazing how much clues we can find about this story by simply paying attention to the otehr of the chapters of the books. George puts a lot of work in those novels. I am actually tempted to re read the entire series trying to find those easter eggs
